Patrick G. Callaghan, Ph.D. - President
Patrick G. Callaghan is the founder and President of HR Partners, Inc. Dr. Callaghan is currently an Associate Professor at Northwood University and President of the Alliance for Excellence in Online Education. Dr. Callaghan teaches in a number of disciplines including Human Resources, Management, Leadership and Organizational Development. As President and founder of the Alliance, Dr. Callaghan leads an organization dedicated to the promotion of online learning best-practices among educational institutions in the Great Lakes Region. He is the former Senior Vice President of AT&T Capital Corporation where he served as a strategic officer for ten years directing important corporate initiatives such as Competency Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Restructuring and Human Performance Management. Dr. Callaghan has earned a Bachelor of Arts from Albion College in Economics and Management, Masters of Arts in Human Resources from Central Michigan and a doctorate in Education from Wayne State University specializing in Instructional Technology.

Christopher Callaghan, MBA, DPA
Christopher Callaghan is a private investor, board and management adviser, and mentor coach, with decades of experience successfully starting and growing enterprises in both the commercial and nonprofit sector. Dr. Callaghan is President Emeritus of Insight Genetics, a cancer diagnostics company he co-founded and angel invested in 2007 and served as Chief Operating Officer from 2009 until retirement in September 2018. Previously he served as CEO of four emerging growth companies across technology, manufacturing and services industries. His unique skillset includes: strategy and operations; board governance; organizational design; performance compensation; personnel coaching and mentoring; leadership development; succession planning; crisis and turnaround management; and buy-sell M&A transactions. Dr. Callaghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (highest honors) and MBA degree (with distinction) from University of Detroit, and a Doctorate of Public Administration degree in management policy and strategy from University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Public Affairs.

Paul E. Callaghan, Psy.D.
Dr. Paul Callaghan received his undergraduate degree in the Behavioral Sciences from the University of Michigan, and his doctorate in clinical psychology from Central Michigan University. He has over ten year’s experience directing a private practice clinic to help individuals reach their potential and achieve their goals. He also specializes as a consulting psychologist to area businesses. In particular, he develops behavior-based assessments and interventions to facilitate organizational growth. Dr. Callaghan has developed a number of programs to assist business leaders in reaching their personal and professional potential. He has also conducted extensive research on the benefits and application of executive coaching.

Joseph H. Callaghan, Ph.D.
Joseph H. Callaghan, Professor of Accounting at Oakland University’s School of Business Administration, specializes in Accounting Information Systems (AIS). He has published numerous articles in journals such as the Journal of Financial Services Research, Review of Accounting Information Systems, and the Multinational Business Review. He has served as a consultant for businesses, such as ITT-Automotive and EDS, in the areas of systems development, financial planning, and ERP implementations. Joe received a Ph.D. in Accountancy at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a joint J.D.-M.B.A. degree and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Detroit-Mercy.

Edward D. Callaghan, Ph.D. - Of Counsel
Edward D. Callaghan, is the Chair of the Michigan Employment Relations Commission and an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Oakland Community College. He has over twenty years of experience in higher education administration and served as both Vice Chancellor of Human Resources and President of the Orchard Ridge Campus (1992-2005) at Oakland Community College. Prior to Oakland Community College, Dr. Callaghan served as Chief Human Resources Officer for the Dearborn Public Schools and Henry Ford Community College. Dr. Callaghan serves on numerous Boards including Henry Ford Health System, Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union, Gilda's Club, and Motor City Lyric Opera. Dr. Callaghan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit, an MBA from Wayne State University, and a doctorate in Education Administration from the University of Michigan.
